If you're already signed in to Parade in your browser, Mudflap Freight signs you in automatically when you open a load recommendation email—no prompt; you go straight to the load.
You'll be asked to sign in with your existing Parade credentials before you can view the load. Same username and password you use on Parade—no new account, no new password.
No. Once you're signed in, you stay signed in. You won't need to sign in again unless you log out.
Click Reset Password—you'll be taken to Parade to complete the reset. Once it's done, sign back in with your new password.

Brokers can set rules that exclude specific loads from certain carriers. That message applies to that one load—you may still be able to quote and book other loads from the same broker.
Brokers set their own qualification rules per load and per carrier. If you're qualified, you'll have full access to quote and book.
Contact the broker directly using the info on the load detail page. They'll walk you through their carrier packet and verify your MC, insurance, and safety info.
