Mudflap Cards are issued by Celtic Bank or Community Federal Savings Bank, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., Inc. The specific issuing bank for your card will be identified on the back of your card and in your account agreement. Mudflap Cards are subject to credit approval. Refer to the Mudflap Business Charge Card Agreement for more information. Currently, the Mudflap Go Card option is only available with Celtic Bank.
