What does it take to apply?
The Mudflap Fuel Card is currently available for sole proprietors and businesses legally registered in the United States as LLCs or Corporations that have an Employer Identification Number (EIN). Our card application will collect name and address information for your business and the business owners. Owners will need to supply a valid U.S. address, date of birth, and a Social Security number (or individual taxpayer identification number). How long does it take for my application to be approved?
Applications are reviewed daily. As long as we receive any requested documentation quickly, you can expect to hear back within three days.
