The Mudflap Fleet Card is powered by Highnote and issued by Celtic Bank, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., Inc. The specific issuing bank for your card will be identified on the back of your card and in your account agreement. The Mudflap Fleet Card is also known as the “Mudflap Fuel Card”, the “Mudflap Card”, and the “Fuel Card”. The card is subject to credit approval.
