*To qualify, the cardholders must be associated with a registered Mudflap Fuel Card account; the fleet must spend at least $3,000, $10,000, and then $20,000 total among their Mudflap Fuel Cards for each reward; the Mudflap Fuel Card account must have an approved application as of April 5, 2025 12:01am CST or later. Rewards will be issued as fuel credits and will be applied to the Fleet Manager’s account the week following the confirmation of spend.
