*To qualify, the cardholders must be associated with a registered Mudflap Fuel Card account; the fleet must spend at least $3,000, $10,000, and then $20,000 total among their Mudflap Fuel Cards for each reward; the Mudflap Fuel Card account must have received communications about this promotion and fuel cards delivered as of August 17, 2026 12:01am CST or later.
